My town is 98% White but it's almost entirely rich boomers. Money buys White neighbors.
Unfortunately there is non-existent sense of community for anyone under the age of 60. A handful of remote workers, certainly
no young-ish women to date, who all run to the big city for the hustle and bustle and endless dicks on call. The west is doomed.
