Dhalsim has 12 different projectiles but sagat can't have his low and high tiger shots fully? From what we've heard, he's only gonna have one low tigershot, 2 high tiger shots, and the OD special. Sagat is one of my favorite characters, why they gutted one of his most important systems I have a hard time understanding.
