You kind of have to fill in the gaps for the ship to make sense. Aside from the fact that they can kiss, Nora admitting her feelings for Kat in '22, the bracelet for Kat and the furtive glances they share, it looks more like an unreciprocated crush; we're also missing a chunk of the hangouts from their perspectives. We only got to see Swann's. Nora flirted with all of them but I don't remember her pining for Kat, people misconstrue her concern at the cabin as something more imo. Kat is more into Swann if anything.
