Ive been running in intervals everyday, I still have shitty endurance and cant seem to run for more than a minute without getting winded. When I started though I was getting winded just walking and my back would be killing me after just 5k steps. Now I do ~10k steps daily. So I overall I feel a lot lighter and more fit than I did back in September, but still pretty far from what I'd consider "fit". But this is the first time I've had a 'healthy' weight in my adult life.

You'll make it man, I believe. You're not far off either, by the end of the week for sure if you stick to it.

Getting out of 'overweight' class felt like it took ages, things really slowed down after I got out of the 'obese' classes. Ive still got plenty of fat in my hanging loose skin sacks so I probably need to figure out a new goal weight, maybe 160? Maybe just keep going until the loose skin sacks are all empty? I dont know yet, maybe I'll do a few weeks at maintaince first, not sure yet. Obviously intend to keep up the cardio and lifting, im interested to see if eating maintenance instead of a deficit will have any noticeable changes on my mood, performance, lifts, ect. Maybe my hair will come back too, that'd be nice, it all fell out when I started losing weight and lifting.
