Whats up Nerissa, been thinking about food. What sort of burger do you like? Smashburger? Or a thick patty? What sort of toppings do you have on it? Pretzel bread? Brioche bun? Potato bun? I'm not particularly picky, a burger is a burger. I'll eat any but my favorite is actually just a cheeseburger medium rare on a pretzel bun. The key to a good burger is good ingredients and a good sauce. Whats your favorite type of burger? Btw green tabasco is the best commercial hot sauce, it goes so well on burgers if you like a little spice. Even people that dont like spicy would like green tabasco.
>Alicia Keys song cover
You could definately pull off an alicia keys song cover. "No One" is my favorite of her songs btw. I have a funny anecdote about that song. Back when I was playing football we had this nice sound system in the weight room so we always had music blasting when we lifted, well one day the coach's wife puts her mix on. I'll never forget it, it was just mainstream music from all eras and the first song she put on was "No One" Some guys were not so stoked but a few guys embraced it and started singing and dancing to it. Next thing you know everyone is having a good time embracing it and laughing and everyone is joining in and singing it. That day we only listened to girly mainstream music, Britney Spears, Alicia Keys, Whitney Houston, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Diana Ross, Shakira, Rihanna etc. It was the best day of lifting we ever had, everyone had the most massivest gains that day. It was a legendary day.

So to this day, girly mainstream music is whats on my workout mix, thats why your songs are in my playlist as well. Good job Nerissa! I'm unironically the person in the whole world that has probably listened to your songs the most because of that. Thanks Nerissa! Who said women were gains goblins?
>brorissa
Speaking of gains, brorissa I showed you horsecocking and I showed how difficult it is. But from the sound of things you are a beginner. Nothing wrong with that. I recommend you check out the youtube channels "Natural Hypertrophy" and "geoffrey verity schofield" You will learn more from them than what I can teach you posting here. First pick a body type you enjoy then build towards it. NH has some programs if you need them.
>otter mode
This is a swimmer's body, theyre lean and aesthetic. It's universally mired by men and women. Brad Pitt in Fight Club, Brendan Fraser in George of the Jungle, Pro Swimmers, etc.
>bear mode
This is larger muscle and higher body fat percentage. The biggest benefit is that you can eat more. If you like eating burgers, pizza, desserts, and pastries, and want to have fun and party. This is the build for you. Henry cavill in man of steel coming out of the water, Jason Momoa, this guy >>>/wsg/5918679

Alright no more lifting talk. Ive annoyed your sister and this thread enough. You have the tools and the mindset to become a horsecocker now.
>Nerissa
Did you watch those "what I eat in a week at my nonna's" videos? You should make a video like that. It'd be cool. Or a "what I feed my brother in a week so he can become bear mode" it'd be pretty rad.
