Well that was pretty easy. I didn't even have to use fraudulent information (except I lied about residing in Taiwan but it was only a dropdown box of HK, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore)
I only got standard version which was only 15$ and a regular paypal account was able to be used and convert the taiwan currency. So if I get banned for falsifying my information it was only a 15$ loss.
I don't actually know when it releases. I only got standard so I can't participate in the beta test soon, but that's fine because I'll be busy in Korea's DC
