Phase official mods are fucking terrible. Most of the chats are fine because the girls fought with them and refused to use them. People shit on Lumi's mods because she uses them and it's a proxy for just shitting on the Phase mods.
Tenma loves barking instructions and banning lots of people. Airi and Erina give no instructions and just let the mods do what they want, which gives them some of the strictest moderation by far. Shiina had multiple mental breakdowns because people kept complaining and she didn't know how to fix the problem.
Euphoria came with instructions to shut the fuck up and never appear in chat, which was a massive improvement over Alias and led to far fewer complaints.
