One big blue hand rests on top of your left one, and two of Seyraphal thin white ones gently touch your right. Yes! Your wish when settling in Eichenwald is starting to shape; this is a connection, a new friendship...

''Do you girls have a pastime? Or something you wanna do?'' They mustn't have been able to relax at all inside the village.

''I find solace in training and meditation.'' Shigeko hand is too big for your hand to do anything but lay there. ''The easy work outside with the hole and making firewood out of that felled tree would be nice.''
Easy work? All of that? By yourself?

''I do... have a fondness for knitting,'' Seyraphal speaks in quiet nervousness.
''I think we've got something that'll do for today somewhere in our storeroom.'' A life on the road demands learning makeshift repairs for your clothes. ''Mom! Dad! Bring back some knitting supplies from the city!'' You scream at their closed door, earning no reply. This ''prep'' is taking a while.
''I-it's okay!'' Seyraphal long wings make this adorable vibrating ''brrbrrbr'' noise as she wiggles on her seat. ''I've been wanting to explore the nearby forest too! Not to find that newborn sprout but just... get a lay of the land.''
''A nice walk in nature does sound nice,'' Shigeko commented, gazing out of the window.

There is... something else. A sobering thought that is, perhaps, best left for another day. Augustine's son died from falling from one of the church towers, and your two new monstrous friends have been surviving inside the village for a while. News of a boy perishing like this must have been big news; you remember how that ghostly boy looked, too. Perhaps they know something.

>Agree with Seyraphal's idea of exploring one of the nearby woods. You've been wanting to do that anyway; walking in nature is relaxing.
>Shigeko mentioned training and medating. Having to shovel a big hole and cut a tree into firewood sounds like an interesting way to start.
>You have no talent for knitting, but you had to learn how to repair your clothes throughout the years. Why not help Seyraphal find some useful tools from your storeroom and see what she can do?
>Breach the topic of Augustine's dead son and your suspicion about the identity of the ghostly boy who so surprised you two days ago. A gloomy topic for a somber discussion.

This is a semi-free day where you're not obliged to work on your goal and can spend time getting to know your new friends. Talking to one of the girls alone might make it easier for them to open up, but doing a group activity won't penalize you.
