Anyone can. But opinions are not facts and can be objectively wrong. This is fine if you're a lay person and don't have a clue what you're talking about in whatever issue is at question, but Milley was no less than America's top senior general when he gave his remarks. That's the issue. If he were brown or a tranny or something, this would be a clear example of DEI. Nonetheless, he is clearly incompetent. He was also in charge of our disastrous retreat from Afghanistan where 13 American servicemen died. Biden issued him a blanket pardon (along with Fauci, and various others) right before leaving office. Maybe Trump would be going after him now for his incompetence, but he's protected from prosecution by Biden's pardon.
