They would both feel weird about it at first with the whole "oh my god I just had sex with my son/mom" but it would eventually turn into a regular thing since it's an easy and convenient release for both. In my opinion, Rosemary probably wouldn't want to get pregnant as it would complicate her social life since everyone would obviously be asking who the hell knocked her up since Amadeus is out of the picture for one reason or another. Tails, being younger and more naïve and hopeful would be more than willing to step up if it came to happen but again, it would make things awkward since he'd have to simultaneously try to explain where his "half sibling" came from and why he's focusing so much on helping Rosemary raise him.

As for future mates for Tails, they'll be in a for a surprise when they finally get into the bed. Tails would most likely get bored with regular missionary since he did it so much with Rosemary and start teaching his mate other positions while also making them their whole body tingle, essentially having years of experience over his mate despite being notably younger than most of them. Rosemary would probably prefer this state of affairs as well since she gets to have her grandchildren and also gets some nice sexy time whenever Tails brings over his kids to visit. If Rosemary did end up getting pregnant with Tails' kid then she'd probably just swallow her pride and come up with some one-night stand excuse. Marriage between the two would be almost completely out of the question though because that would be too obvious to deny and would be an eyebrow raiser for everyone who knows them. If anything, Rosemary might just give him Amadeus' ring/bond as a symbol of their matrimony since in my headcanon, like I said earlier, he isn't around.
