That's how you get is soft and fluffy
I use nature's brand shampoo, all natural shampoo with various flavors like tea tree, sweet orange & cranberry, and lavender & calendula. For condotioner I use pantene but I use it less often. Once every few washes.
I have long curly raven dark hair that goes to my shoulder blades
