>Like, the gacha pool is fill with shit, and the actual good stuff requires high LB to be comparable to the other cards.
It sounds like you just aren't aware of what this genre is at all.
The gacha pool is one of the best you can find in a game worth playing. When you do a 10-pull for characters, every single thing you get is something you want. You want the 1*s. You want the statues with the 1*s too. Compare that to Genshin in pic rel where the thing you get as a common rarity is literally garbage, you will never use it even once.
You don't need duplicates of characters either, the impact is less than 1% for your end of run stats. SSRs, sure, they need 5, but the game also gives out selectors and uncap items, and pretty soon too since we're due for one of each in about 3 months. Compare that again to Genshin, where characters actually have their kits gutted to put important stuff on their constellation, and you need 7 to fill it, and weapons need 5 copies too.
>its the other way around, uma musume does force you to go 200 unless you want to lose actual value though
Again it just sounds like you're not used to this genre. Every gacha is like this, you don't pull in Genshin on a banner you don't want the main thing of, because unlike this game you never get spooked by good things, the 50/50 loss results are a pool of the literal worst outcomes in the game.
>Here getting lucky, as in getting one copy early, means jackshit because cards are balanced around being MLB and everyone being able to borrow cards.
You're buying into nonsense because of how good the system in this game is. Everyone MLBs in this game because you can reroll and get an MLB with the starter currency, meanwhile rerolling and even getting 2 copies out of 7 for a character in Genshin requires a major time investment and luck. In reality, the difference between 0LB and MLB is smaller than the difference between a C0 and C6 character in Genshin.
