im assuming its some kind of shaivite ritual but ive never seen a breakdown on it. shaivites worship shiva, god of destruction and death and all that, and the weirdest branches of it tend to do rituals like these where they sit on corpses or eat their flesh to become one with the cycle of death or whatever. never seen them doing this running and tossing around corpses though, no idea whats going on there.
