1. This is at least half a comedy manga, you understand that right? Of course a couple having an argument is funny so Fujimoto includes some scenes where they have an argument. But the arguments go over really quick which makes it obvious it was for comedy
2. That panel you posted is misleading. This is what you do constantly. Misconstrue the manga. Denji is mad because YORU kicked him in the balls and he didn't realize.
