alright boys time to review some biomeslop mods for 1.20.1
>terralith, tectonic, wwee
datapackshit, good if you dislike modded blocks, but you're playing fucking modded minecraft, just go all in
>team abnormals biomes
together they add a total of like 9 biomes, but they still get overshadowed by vanillashit biomes, not worth it IMO
>biomes o plenty
probably the best option for pairing with structure mods, but biomes are way too tame and horribly distributed, you will see redwoods for ten of thousands of blocks until you find something slighty interesting
>regions unexplored
looks good, but has horrible compatibility with structures, even vanilla ones, hasn't been updated since july 2024, so expect no fixes
>biomes we've gone
literally the best option, good compatibility, adds custom villages in certain biomes, good distribution, biomes actually look spectacular
downside is nether biomes are lackluster
pic is biomes we've gone + choice theorem villages
don't care if you disagree, bye
