This makes sense. I guess I just thought it should be the first roll decides which wall breaks and the second roll decides how farr from the right it breaks. In the episode the translation read "The other roll is taken by the player opposite him, Akagi" so I initially understood it as the sequence of events in their two rolls rule is that the oya rolls (deciding which wall breaks) and then their toimen rolls regardless of the first rolls outcome to decide how far from the right the wall breaks.
