Expedition 33 is kind of meh if you compare it to the era of SNES and PS1 JRPGs. BUT given all the slop that we've had since FFX? It's kino. It's all relative. So I'd like to say this is the zoomer's version of a good FF - like all zoomer things its a bit lack lustre but very good given its 2025.
