If we go by the clears posted here, most people, many of which have decent artifacts, barely made it in V. And there Tulpa has a little less than 8kk HP (~67k DPS to clear). So I kinda doubt you can get much higher than 100k realistically without whaling. Even though the artifacts are standarized in gcsim, in a real scenario you don't have a static enemy, tulpa has self-applied hydro, etc. These things make it so you likely won't do the sheet dmg even with better artifacts.
