In what way? some people don't want too at all. Not everyone has a savior complex nor do they even conform to your varied "presets" for what positive change looks like.
The fake gatekeepers screen for this when it comes to the "problem people", they only let in the uninterested or apathetic to whatever their current workings are. They're either integrated into some function both parties deem constructive, sidetracked into other groups or projects they think isn't part of the circus(moral objections) or are corraled into a proverbial ghetto for malcontents.
What I wanted was extended the moment you idiots failed to arbitrate the new deal, what you offered me is mines for the taking in the long run anyways.
