c’mon, you’ve got olivia rodrigo (good song btw, i like her quite a bit in general too) on your list but didn’t recognize paramore or from under the cork tree, a double platinum album from their scene contemporary? i will admit, most of my charts aren’t filled with super popular artists, ive gotten super into pop punk and emo, and digging deeper means i get to listen to more small artists that i love and fewer big artists i’m not as big a fan of, but even beyond the chart toppers i mentioned, there’s also beach bunny, who had a few viral hits like prom queen and cloud 9 and still hover in the millions of monthly listeners. you can even just listen to some of the shit on people’s charts that look interesting, akito has done it a ton in these threads, and i’ve done it sometimes too. it’s nice to find new bands to love, means you get to go to cheaper, more intimate shows and be the person to show your own friends cool music they’ve never heard of
