Assuming Rodya knows that Library Hod is the same as Lobotomy Hod, she'd probably ask her a bunch of questions regarding what lead up to Hod's current situation
Over the course of Hod's explanations, Rodya might notice the similarity between old Hod's desire to be like and wanted under the guise of altruism as being something similar to Rodya's own underlying want of being special being found in whatever opportunity she finds to 'help out' someone else

From here, one could argue that Rodion would grow to view Hod as a sort of mirror to her own selfish desires and grow to dislike her, but Rodion doesn't really hate outwardly at those who have succeeded or remind her of her own failings (though she might throw some barbs out), that hate gets turned inwards at herself, but of course, Rodion would just play these feelings off as nothing

Hod however, having grown more genuine and compassionate in Ruina, would probably put 2 and 2 together and figure out that Rodya's eating away at herself and suppressing her feelings and would want to help out, or at the very least offer some sage advice given her own experiences

It would basically all end on Hod being worried for Rodya, Rodya feeling worse off, but also becoming better off for it as it'd be another important step on her road to self realization and actualization
