HOLY you were right, it was the extension (most likely uBlock origin).
Tried Brave browser, same problems initially with uBlock origin installed. The framerate is choppy and the audio is really bad (even more choppy than video).
Tried Brave in private mode (all extensions disabled) and it works much better. Video is pretty much perfect, but not 100% (Brave built in blocker is still enabled in private mode).
Then I tried brave with all blockers disabled i private mode and it's fine. The audio is still not 100% perfect, more like 99% as it still sounds chopped from time to time, but it's definetely watchable. Thanks for help
