Do you think I should try and get a refund by claiming I was unaware of her "censored" animations from the test beta and would not have bought otherwise? I spent a lot to M2 her and get her weapon but looking at Prydwen she seems like the most F2P friendly agent in the game. I would rather whale on another agent that needs it.

Wouldn't hurt to try? Or is Hoyo malicious towards people who contact them for this stuff. First gacha if that matters.
