Early into Zuldazar's campaign when he was ignoring Talanji's warnings, he nearly gets assassinated.
Once he recovered, he rallies the Loa and their followers. He starts organizing the empires army to fight back at the Blood Troll invasion.
He personally goes on the Zul hunt before Rezan got corrupted rather than leaving it solely to you or any of his still loyal subordinates.
When the later assault starts to fail and Rezan is killed, he makes the decision to hold off any further advances until the events of the other zones are done so everyone can be rallied proper. Even forces his hand to make the Bwonsamdi deal.
Then he LEADS the all out assault on Dazar'alor, 1v1's Zul and wins the day, because for some reason they just decided Alliance took over from there to go raid Uldir.
Afterwards he gets the Kingdom back under control and rallied together in preparation for the Alliance assault. Which obviously fails, but the fact that there was anything there for the Alliance to assault was still entirely because of him.
The most Talanji did was call up Rezan to help her boat escape the Alliance fleet. She was 'present' in Nazmir, but only serving as the speaker to rally the Loa there. Rokhan and his Shadow Hunters did more than her.
She did basically nothing during the Blood Troll invasion, she does absolutely nothing during the Battle of Dazar'alor, and she doesn't even get any super big Light powered moment like they wanted to imply she'd have as the big important Princess Priestess all the Loa like. She's a side character even after getting the throne, because everything Horde related after that is the Sylvanas drama.
