Constant spam with proxies and bots is an attempt to manufacture consensus. The idea is low-information brainlets will see all these "unique" posters agreeing on the same fake news narrative and then they'll just assume everyone who's based and redpilled believes that too. I only really see it work on foreigners where they'll post something in outer power revealing confusion that the shill talking points turned out to be fake news. Manufactured consensus has run out of effectiveness IRL because once people get burned by an information source enough they stop believing it uncritically, this is now beginning online too. Shilling against Trump, and for or against Russia/Ukraine, Israel/Palestine, India/Pakistan, Israel/Iran has spread skepticism about all these narratives across the internet. In the long run lying in support of a position deligitimizes the position and discredits the liar
