It's TacSol with their SBX barrel. They make the takedown barrel in what appears to be close to if not just a regular carbine barrel profile that should be OK with barrel bands. The normal non-TD 10/22 barrel they only offer in bull barrel profile. Both are them are made in their aluminum sleeved TacSol style in way too light gray and dark grey and some others, too. No options to just get it installed on a Ruger barrel, no carbine non-TD profile, bull only. A lot of silencers fit really snug (I'll see if I can find that pic), and no access slots at the base, so ideally permenantly attached base silencers only rather than 3 piece (base, tube, endcap) plus baffles as it's real easy to get it essentially stuck down there. That product makes my eye twitch a little whenever I see it as it's so close to being perfect. Them not offering it on ANYTHING but a 10/22 barrel also makes me exceedingly confused. What a novel concept...almost completely wasted in its execution.
