Either buy full sheets and cut them to double the size I want or get the paper already cut from my local paper provider.
Then just fold in halves and saddle stitch, trim and corner.
These are 36 page A5 and 24 page A6 ivory printer paper with kraft paper covers (yellow one's an old manila folder). Cost me about $8 for sixteen A6s or ten A5s.
