No. The costuming is extremely lump and made even worse in the translation to chibi; the horns and tail look really bad like they're moldy or made of Turkish delight; the head piece is very silly with the hair vents integrated for some unknown reason and the gold headband looking really tacky while making her horns look like a part of the headband on the chibi; it's got a distracting snail getting way too much focus; and it doesn't try to integrate the sword moveset with Ascalon's arts at all; There is no personality in the facial expression like Asky is kind of know for either; The garish jewled hands look obnoxious with the l2d sparkles; The dirty sunflower cave is also a really unappealing backdrop. I don't think it can even really be said Cenm0 was trying hard considering he did the thing too.
I had honestly set my expectations low and truthfully don't feel like this met them
