I'm sensitive to how people form hierarchies and how I don't fit in any of them anywhere and I'm aware I have nowhere on Earth to go to get away from it. I come home and have a meltdown every day. Every wall in my apartment is destroyed

How the fuck do you cope with this? I can tell that what I'm attracted to (guys 5+ years older) will never change, yet paradoxically i'll have to settle for young zooms and alphas instead and i'll end up just resenting it instead of using it as some confidence boost like the old fucks.
