People were pissed off that the banks could skull fuck the people and face no repercussions. People did a thing called Occupy wall street. All social classes and backgrounds united to punish the banks.
In an effort to destroy this movement, the banks used paid agitators to create division in the protests. Letting only women or black people talk since they were more "oppressed", for example. This was how the movement was broken apart quickly.
They realized how powerful this was, so 2011 was the year when racism, transgenderism, intersectionality and the Woke really started to take off and become mainstream. Suddenly everyone forgot how the banks bankrupted the middle class in 2008 and started to blame each other. The birth of artificial racism and sexism.
The won. Completely. Look at how any political issue can be argued to irrelevance. Just like this Steam thing, some faggots celebrating that there is less degeneracy, calling porn jewish evil. Others celebrating that straight men will be more miserable. And the banks, laugh while they enable social crediting system.
