A freedom of information request bundle from Canada's public health agency. After years of delaying a judge finally ordered them to release it. It's mostly e-mails about how there are deaths and injuries piling up and they don't know what to do about any of it. They knew it was injuring people and they did absolutely nothing to warn the public.
