Just did the math. With her A1 active, if all 5 hits of Wrathful land on the same enemy, it deals more total damage than any other skill.
Kinda makes Blitz Mine feel completely irrelevant since you'd either do Wrathful for the single target damage, or do Electroshark for the AoE right after using Wrathful to apply Shock. Are there any other electric type teammates with Motoha synergy? Because I otherwise see no reason to ever use this skill.
