Almost all people classified as white here have 100% European blood (and no, European blood does not include kike, nigger, sandkike, spic, chink, slav, or most of Italy and Greece). In the South, there was the "One Drop Rule," meaning one drop of non-European blood means you are not white. Are you saying "mutt" as in "white blood from different nations rather than just from one nation (eg, Celto-Germanic rather than just Celt or Germanic)" because that's more common, I guess, but I think there are still a lot of pure Scottish, German, and even English-blooded people here. What's wrong with being composed of various northern European-only bloods, though? Genuine question.
