You have NO CLUE what you are talking about.

The US Navy uses uranium enriched to 93% (minimum) for their propulsion / electricity generating reactors.

This is logistically critical. If you need something compact and that doesn't need to be ripped apart to refuel every other week, it must be highly enriched.

Project Prometheus from JPL/KAPL was scrapped, but it had a reactor powering it's ionic thrust system. What level do you suppose they enriched that to?
