Actually in latest tests gap between 9070XT and 5070Ti RT shrank to 2-3%.
Also 9070XT is a 5070 competitor not 5070 Ti competitor. The thing is AMD is 100$ above MSRP still because it's selling great while 5070 is rotting on shelves so it's dipping below MSRP.
