North Korea is dangerous for people in the west to go to period. If you just have to get ahold of items from north Korea go to China or South Korea and talk to "brokers" who smuggle people out, I'm sure they could hook you up with some products from North Korea. Not to mention North Korea survives on its black market, get to know some people in China, I bet they be happy to hook you up to, the brokers might charge more than the items are worth.
