32 isn't too late by any means. If you were +40 I'd say fuck it just go be a bum. Tons of people bounce around from one shit job to another. I work with a guy who is 34 and has had 6 jobs in the last 7 years. He's been with our company just over a year, I have no doubt he'll quit soon and go somewhere else. He's found a system that works for him - get hired, do minimal work because he's a newbie while collecting full pay and benefits, then jump somewhere else and repeat.
You can absolutely get something, use jobs as building blocks to get better ones. I would like to give you more advice as I do feel for my fellow /cum/mers, just don't know enough about your situation but I'm sure it's not hopeless.
