Are you saying you're going from LB0 to LB1 SS1 Yunyun? cause your ULevel doesnt raise like that, its always the highest Ulevel of whatever memoria. Screenshot of the jp wiki for easier understandings. S caps at 130 at LB10 while SS caps at 160 at LB4

LB2 is mostly just fashion gear, LB3 is where its at for debuffers, depending on their LB3 passive of course, some are pretty meh.
