Supposedly from some of the Japanese staff that had to work with the Amerrican staff. Again, though, these are rumors. Credible rumors, but rumors. Rumors that fit an established pattern of unprofessional behavior, but still rumors. We know Kate wanted to slip more gender ideology into the game, because Kate has said, "I want to slip more gender ideology into the game, here is how I've done it already by having multiple allied societies rendered nonbinary like myself in English, and this is explicitly setting a precedent that will help us later." Kate got Sena the job because they are friends and think much alike, keep that in mind too.
