Agreed. I was buying it for awhile before I read the detailed ingredients. I said fuck it. It's damn tasty. I make a potato hash with it and a couple farm fresh eggs. There are few bits in the mix that are small circular pieces of what I can best describe thin slices of veins??? I wonder if those are the lymph nodes? A little sour cream or cottage cheese on the side with some freshly chopped green herbs make it heavenly!
