According to some websites and a Plebbit thread, the "troon" is allegedly a biological woman, just that fucked up after a decade and a half on the streets as a crack addict, and witnesses said the kick went to the left shoulder, not face. Still made this character's head bounce.
Dunno about how true the woman part is, but I'll believe it because it sounds hilarious to have some ol', rough up woman being confused as a tranny that went thru a Hot Topic, kekku.
