Brian Johnson thinks he's reversing aging. I recently saw his blood tests showing how dry sauna @ 200 degrees f for 20 minutes a day massively almost totally elimiated traces of microplastics from his blood. Great there are no dry saunas anywhere near me. Near Infrared saunas only get to 150 max ... will scalding hot showers do anything? I can get my scalp gushing with swat from a ten minute max hot shower am I gonna make it bros?
