The frame instead of a brim is odd, but I can get behind it.
But the top doesn't really convey a proper witch hat pointy bit to me, even though the shape kinda suggests one.
Which I assume is intentional, to make it a hybrid of a halo and witch hat.
But it still feels missing there.
