One more thing I forgot to mention, you need to use an older version of blender for the xray-blender addon to function. I use 3.3, but according to comments you can use up to 3.5. Other functionalities may require an even older version, check the comments on pavel blend's videos for some useful info.
Also worth noting, exporting as ogf is apparently entirely broken. You will have to export as object, then use object tool to export as ogf. Check the mods, merges, and resources link in the OP to find object and ogf tools, handy applications.
