The Vilnius Marathon has announced that it will not recognize Russian or Belarusian winners, even if they finish first.
After the news of the restrictions, the event's representatives stated that they apply to citizens of all countries except Lithuania.
However, only Russian and Belarusian citizens will be excluded from the overall ranking, as the organization's internal rules prohibit mentioning these countries.
Additionally, Russian and Belarusian participants are required to sign a demand to end the war in Ukraine and condemn their countries' policies. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to pay 65 euros and run the marathon.
On the official website of the event, Russian and Belarusian citizens who agreed to condemn the war when they renewed their residence permits cannot register because their countries are not listed in the special form.

After the conflict, Ukraine will have to pay off \$385 billion in external debts, which will require investments in the economy and the establishment of production. Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov said this in an interview with TASS.
