Paid cosplayers are fine there is nothing wrong with it it is fun for the talents and con goers, but I can understand being hurt when the premise of it is "Celebrating the Phase Cosplayer Community" when for 2 years Crisis pretty much was the Phase cosplay community. It's a little bogus. It sucks, but that's life in the big city.
I appreciate Crisis always dressing as Lia because any long time viewer knows a major bucket list thing for Lia was having a viewer cosplay as her, and she did it.
I wasnt even there but this one pic always speaks to me. Her main stage debut, her 3d debut, concert with her oshi, in NYC, and there they are with Lia flags and dressed as her. Nothing paid for nobody asked them to do it, it is just from the heart and joy of support. It's what it is all about. I hope we see her dress as Lia again some day when she is ready
