option 1 - create a persona out of your character and assign this person to you, there is an option in ST to convert card into persona picrel
option 2a - use OOC. write content like (ooc: Dash asks what the hay and demands explanation). this way AI still controls the character but now you direct what AI should do. delete OOC after they done to avoid mess.
option 2b - ...or just write actions directly without ooc - because effect will be more/less the same
