As soon as Alice hit puberty she experienced a problem. Those around her always assumed she was hungry, that her quick temper and mood flashes were the result of low blood sugar. All because of the rumbling of her stomach. So loud would her stomach rumble that it would make the pen on her desk rattle.

But even when they would take her out to buffets they would walk her out, stuffed to the bursting of her belt only for the rumbling to continue unabated. She could not tell them why, for it was not the walls of her stomach angrily demanding to be filled, but those of her twin lagamorphic wombs, at least one of which would be in deep Thiren heat at any time, and usually both.

Thus did she require a mechanized waist-cinch belt upon entering the work force, fitted with advanced noise suppression systems, and a visual display which would depict if she really was hungry.
