Pic related. The neck weak point. There's not really a reason to ever go for it over the eye. The "eye" can be attacked from more sides and is probably where teammates are concentrating fire.
If you are in a position that sees the feet, the feet are large and go through predictable periods of being stationary, so they're the easiest target. There's just no reason to go for the neck with AT weapons over the feet or eyes.
