For observation drones, you've got some of the higher caliber AAA, rockets like the APKWS or interceptors like the Coyote + much cheaper versions, but also lasers and microwave weapons.

HPMs are also pretty well suited for shutting down FPVs as they kill very fast and can be targeted towards low flying targets, and even run continuously if needed.
